Hey there! I’m Desireé. I graduated from law school in 2016 and soon after, I passed both the Indiana and Illinois bar exams! My early journey in the legal world wasn’t exactly traditional. While actively searching for legal positions, I decided to pivot into document review to keep honing my skills and stay engaged in the legal field.It wasn’t glamorous, but it sharpened my legal skills and helped me build some amazing industry connections.

Shortly after, I found my way to a legal services firm in Chicago, where I wore multiple hats in Human Resources and Recruitment. It was a blast expanding my expertise beyond law. From there, I pivoted into tech recruiting, where I discovered a knack for building strong relationships with hiring teams and clients. That success opened doors to a sales role focused on the Venture Capital and Private Equity sectors in the Chicago area.

This mix of law, recruiting, HR, tech acumen and sales has given me a unique perspective on the challenges small businesses face. Now, as a solo practitioner, I’m here to offer personalized support and guidance to help you navigate those challenges with confidence.
